American Hunting Spear

We are really glad to see the interest in spear hunting going up. Right now, six states are offering deer hunting seasons for spear hunters and we hope more will follow soon. We want to encourage this sport, as Cold Steel® pioneered it. The only thing hindering its wide popularity is the unavailability of an affordable spear. Presenting the American Hunting Spear! Made in three pieces, it consists of a long steel socket, shaft, and head that are welded together into a conjoined piece. It’s sturdy enough for throwing and thrusting and will take down any game in North America. To keep the cost low, and for ease of transport, the American Hunting Spear does not include a handle. It is designed to accept most standard 48 inch Ash shovel handles available at most hardware outlets or online retailers. It comes complete with a Secure-Ex® sheath.
