The Reality Based Impact Head has an internal "skull" made of impact-resistant plastic and is covered with a lightweight, shock-absorbing coating. The effectiveness of the Impact Head becomes apparent after the first 1-2 minutes. This training tool immediately reveals your weaknesses and supports the learning of new techniques or the refinement of existing skills. By using an incorrect striking technique, you recognize your own mistakes immediately through the direct physical feedback and adapt intuitively to the situation. The padded handle, mounted vertically inside, allows for stabilization and a secure grip for optimal training. The head's dimensions correspond to the average human head. Circumference: 30 cm.
