AR-Stinger II – Modular (Back) Pack MBP, stonegray-olive

These packs will accept our AR-6 Stinger II in the following

configurations:
Tactical with quick detach bow limbs and folding stock adapter
Survival with quick detach bow limbs and folding stock adapter or with a detachable shoulder stock adapter
Compact with quick detach bow limbs

When used as a backpack, it offers anatomically shaped shoulder straps. This carrying system additionally offers quick release buckles to drop the pack in a hurry or to put it on, while lying on the ground. It comes with a chest strap, that adds even more comfort.

But the real innovation is the second carrying system, that is included as well in that package, that turns the MBP into a slingbag, comparable to a messenger bag. This carrying method offers some advantages, that a conventional backpack doesn’t.

You can pull the back towards the front, when you want to have quick access to your cellphone or keys, without taking off the complete pack. But this can also be very helpful in a crowd, to wear it on front of you, to give pickpockets not chance. Even while sitting somewhere with a back rest, you don’t have to take your pack off.

At the top, there is an outlet for a drinking tube or cable. On the inside you have a compartment with a suspension for a water bladder.

The two outer compression straps allow for secure and tight lashing of the load, but can also be used to attach a rain jacket to the bag, for example.
