Smith’s 3 in 1 Sharpening System

A real multi talent is Smith’s 3 in 1 sharpening system. Three basically completely different sharpening units provide the right combination for every task. The carbide inlay is used to quickly achieve a basic sharpness with especially blunt knives. Then a fine honing is applied with the V shaped ceramic sticks (extra fine, grain size 1000).

The predefined angle guarantees excellent results. With the drop shaped profile, the ceramic sticks provide a round side for plain edges and an edged side for serrated edges. Additionally there is a 10 cm long and 2.5 cm wide 750 grain diamond bank stone for all kinds of sharpening tasks. The ceramic sticks can be stowed in the base of the system.
