Hawthorn Knife

The Hawthorn Knife owes its name to the hawthorn tree of the same name, which is also known as Quickthorn or "Glog" in Serbian. The white Micarta handle of the fixed blade knife with full tang picks up on the bright color of the tree, going beyond aesthetics in its significance. The distinctive shape of the outdoor knife, reminiscent of a stake, pays homage to the disturbing history of a small Serbian village in the northern province of Vojvodina during the time of vampirism. The Hawthorn Knife features a 1095 carbon steel blade with a Scandi grind and a particularly biting geometry that makes it ideal for all cutting tasks in nature and, according to legend, even vampires. With lanyard hole, snug-fitting Kydex sheath and paracord.
