Senzo Bread Knife

This cooking knife was manufactured using traditional methods. The blade is made of 33 layers of stainless damask steel. The core layer is made of VG10 steel and has a HR of 60-61. On both sides it is protected by a layer made of nickel and silver. Additionally, it has 15 layers of damask steel on each side. This means that the blade has the best edge holding ability and offers a lot of flexibility. This masterpiece has a high gloss polish and a black handle made of multiplex. Thanks to the chestnut form it lays ergonomically in your hands.

The texture is a tribute to the traditional forging techniques and is pressed in mechanically.
