Silver Talon was designed to celebrate the famous Fiorentina steak. This knife, made completely of steel, does not allow traces of organic material to stick. The special hook shape is designed so that it is not the blade that touches the plate, but rather the tip. Silver Talon, if used correctly, will maintain its original form for a very long time.
