The Pure Komachi 2 Utility Knife has a 6" blade for a wide variety of kitchen cutting duties.

The bright colors on both blade and handle make Pure Komachi 2 knives from Kai Knives fun to use and add ye-catching color to your kitchen. The color-coding helps guard against cross-contamination of food. Each blade features high-carbon stainless steel with a hand-sharpened 16 degree cutting angled. Molded resin handles offer a comfortable and secure grip. These knives are dishwasher safe. However with all kitchen knives, we recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your blade as well as the colorful blade coating. Comes with a matching sheath for easy storage.
