Kihon DC Alu

With the design of the Boker Plus Kihon DC, American custom knifemaker Lucas Burnley embodies the idea of Japanese Kihon. The term originally encompasses the principles and basic techniques of Japanese martial arts, which Burnley down-to-earthly translates into this solid, everyday knife. The features and straightforward design demonstrate high practicality and make the knife ideal for everyday cutting tasks. The satin-finished drop-point blade made of the edge-holding and highly corrosion-resistant Nitro-V opens silky-smoothly via the removable thumb stud thanks to ball bearings, while the sliding latch of the crossbar lock guarantees intuitive, secure, and practical knife release. Thanks to its high-strength aluminum handle with its characteristic recessed squares, this full-size EDC knife feels extremely comfortable and balanced in the hand. Blue anodized rings on the blade spindle screw and the large grip screw, as well as the matching thumb stud, give the Kihon Alu that extra flair. It features a lanyard hole and reversible tip-up wire clip for flexible carrying options.
