Entworfen von Ernie Emerson, hergestellt von Kershaw. Das CQC-4K ist ein Klappmesser, das manuell geöffnet wird und mit einer Daumenscheibe sowie Emersons Wave Opening ausgestattet ist. Die Klinge und der Framelock haben ein schwarzes Finish. Die Griffschalen bestehen aus coyotebraunem G10. Zum Lieferumfang gehört ein wendbarer Taschenclip mit dem Schädellogo von Emerson.
