North Italian helmet -This stylish helmet is based on a Milanese example dated to around 1490. This style of sallet was similar in appearance to the close helmet, or armet, often seen in contemporary artwork. It is equipped with a bellows visor and laminated neck guard. Made from two welded halves of 2mm (14 guage) steel, this helmet features a polished surface, adjustable liner and chinstrap. The visor is also of 2mm steel.
