Crusader Upper Leg Padding - black, Size L

Gamboised cuisses are the equivalent of a gambeson for the thigh. Suitable for impressions from the 11th to the 14th century. These are padded with wool blankets vertically quilted between layers of 100% cotton canvas. A hardened leather poleyn is stitched on to the cuisse, which helps to protect the knee. Supplied with a cotton cord tipped with brass aiglets.
